(collectively, the “Public Improvements and Services”), except as specifically limited by the Amended and Restated Service Plan for the District approved by the Town of Erie, Colorado, on October 11, 2022, as it may be further amended from time to time (the “Service Plan”).

The District may assess a maximum mill levy of fifty (50) mills, as adjusted after January 1, 2015, to repay such debt.

The District must file an Annual Report to the Town of Erie, Colorado.

The District’s boundaries overlap with the boundaries of the Town of Erie; High Plans Library; Mountain View Fire Protection District; Northern Colorado Water; Regional Transportation District; Longmont School District RE1J; and Weld County.
